Birch Lake is a lake 1.5 miles south of Barnsdall, Oklahoma, Oklahoma and about 20 miles southwest of Bartlesville. It impounds about 1,137 acres of water. It is formed from Birch Creek, which is a tributary of Bird Creek. It eventually empties into the Arkansas River. It is twenty miles southweast of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The marine law enforcement branch of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Troop W, is headquartered at Birch Lake.
